Meeting in Brussels on 16 March as part of nuclear programme negotiations. On Tuesday 10 March, the European External Action Service (EEAS) announced that High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini is to host a meeting in Brussels on 16 March as part of the ongoing nuclear programme negotiations with Iran. Mogherini will welcome the foreign affairs ministers from Germany - Frank Walter Steinmeier, France - Laurent Fabius, the UK - Philip Hammond, and their Iranian counterpart - Mohammad Javad Zarif. France, the UK and Germany are the three European states that are part of the E3+3 Group with the US, China and Russia - the group that is negotiating an agreement with Tehran on the Iranian nuclear programme.
