Brussels, 26/02/2015 (Agence Europe) - According to a ruling by the European Court of Justice on Thursday 26 February (C-43/14), EU law precludes a Czech tax on the acquisition free of charge of greenhouse gas emission allowances by electricity producers to the extent that the tax applies to more than 10% of those allowances.
