17/11/2014 (Agence Europe) - The European Judicial Officers' E-learning (EJL) project is coming to a close. This project was geared towards legal practitioners in Europe and is now approaching its end, according to project organisers in a press release on Friday 14 November. It has been co-funded by the European Union for a two-year period (January 2013-December 2014) and sought to train European Judicial Officers in using civil and commercial legal instruments. The EJL was introduced by the National Chambers of Judicial Officers in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Poland. European procedures for settling small-scale litigation were examined, as well as paid injunctions, European Enforcement Orders and the meaning of certain judicial and extrajudicial legal acts, explained those responsible for setting up the project.
