Complaint threat over French non-delivery of helicopter carriers

Brussels, 24/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 23 October, Sergei Ivanov, the head of administration for Russia's President Vladimir Putin, announced that his country would lodge a complaint against France and would demand compensation if the first Mistral helicopter-carrier was not delivered as planned at the end of October.

“Russia will lodge a complaint against France to demand damages if Paris does not respect its side of the Mistral contract”, Ivanov stated at the 11th meeting...
