Brussels, 10/07/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 July, the third stage of infringement proceedings against Spain and Portugal began for their failure to respect EU environmental rules. Both countries will now be referred to the European Court of Justice for failing to bring their legislation in line with EU rules, despite numerous warnings.
