Brussels, 25/06/2014 (Agence Europe) - Encouraged by the Dutch delegation, a note on “the Frontrunners initiative” was released during the Competitiveness Council on Monday 26 May.
The initiative involves collaboration between economically liberal countries to improve the single market. The countries in question are Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Lithuania and Malta. The first four delegations were behind the original initiative.
