E-skills - Commission launches online courses

Brussels, 27/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - On 27 March, the European Commission announced the launch of a network of providers of online university courses (MOOC - Massive Open Online Courses) aiming to provide people with web and applications (“apps”) skills.
