25/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - Another dialogue meeting on 31 March. “The next meeting in the framework of the EU-facilitated dialogue [between Serbia and Kosovo] will take place next week, on 31 March, in Brussels”, the spokesperson for High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton has announced. “At the meeting the two sides will continue their work on the implementation of the April agreement and will also discuss future steps related to normalisation of relations”, he said. Ashton's spokesperson stated that Ashton “is looking forward to continuing” the discussion with Kosovo's Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi as well as Serbia's Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic. This meeting is the first since the parliamentary elections in Serbia on 17 March, which were won by Vucic's Serbian Progressive Party (SPS) (see EUROPE 11044). The last dialogue meeting took place on 12 February and focused mainly on justice (see EUROPE 11018). (CG)
