Acquisition of FEIH given go-ahead

Brussels, 25/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the go-ahead to the acquisition of FEIH, an onshore wind-farm company, by GDF Suez, Predica Prévoyance (controlled by Crédit Agricole) and Omnes Capital, all of France. FEIH is currently wholly owned by GDF Suez and is active in the generation of electricity by wind farms.
