Acquisition of NATS gets go-ahead

Brussels, 19/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 18 March, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the joint acquisition of NATS, the British air traffic control society, by a UK-based pension fund, USS, along with British Airways, easyJet and Monarch, and the Crown Shareholder and the British secretary of state for transport with responsibility for civil aviation policy.
