Agreement on the transfer and mutualisation of contributions to the single resolution fund

EUROPE is publishing a draft intergovernmental agreement (IGA), dated 21 February, which the 18 countries of the eurozone are negotiating in the presence of the other member states. Imposed by Germany on the Council of the EU but currently rejected by the European Parliament, this agreement will legally provide the single bank resolution fund (SRF).
