Poland punished twice and Slovenia to follow

Brussels, 24/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has punished Poland twice by requesting that the European Court of Justice imposes a daily fine on the country with regard to its airport fees and that the ECJ begins proceedings against Poland with regard to the country's lack of railway interoperability. Slovenia is also being sent a reasoned opinion on this subject.

Poland will have to pay a daily fine of €75,002.88 because it is not respecting the Community framework regulating...
