Brussels, 24/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 23 October, the European Parliament refused to grant discharge to the Council of Ministers' secretary general for implementation of the Council's budget for the 2010 tax year, but it did grant discharge for the accounts of the European Food Safety Agency, the European Medicines Agency and the European Environment Agency.
