On Tuesday 23 October, the European Commission authorised the planned buy-up by Groupe Vivescia (France) of Groupe Nutrixo (France), over which Vivescia already has joint control along with Atrixo (France). Vivescia specialises in the processing and sale of cereals. Nutrixo manufactures flour and sells bread and cake-making products, industrial cake production and catering products. (OL/transl.fl)
