Brussels, 24/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - After two days of intense debate, European fisheries ministers reached a principled agreement early in the morning of Wednesday 24 October on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) for the 2014-2020 period. Germany, Belgium and Malta voted against the agreement.
