Brussels, 24/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 24 October, the European Commission announced the registration of a “protected geographical indication” (PGI). This involves the German “Filderkraut / Filderspitzkraut” cabbage. This indication has been added to the list of more than 1,000 products already protected under legislation protecting geographical indications, indications of origin and traditional specialities.
