16/04/2012 (Agence Europe). Portugal and Greece ratify budget pact. Portugal is the second country to ratify the new budget pact (agreed to last month by 25 Member States, see (see EUROPE 10594). The first country to ratify the budget pact was in fact Greece. (MB/transl.fl)
