Brussels, 07/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Brussels on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 April, the speakers of national parliaments agreed on the principle of setting up an interparliamentary conference for scrutiny of CSDP/CFSP, but without power to sanction. They completely disagreed, however, on how this should function, hardly agreeing on the size of the delegations (both national and from the EP) or on the secretariat of the conference (COSAC or EP).
