On 25 March, the WTO Dispute Settlement Body set up two special groups to examine requests made by Canada relating to EU import bans on seal products, one on bans imposed by Belgium and the Netherlands (DS 369), and the other on bans throughout EU territory (DS 400). In both cases, Colombia, Japan, Mexico, Norway, China and the United States are third parties, and are joined by Iceland in the case of DS 400....
