The chairmen of the European Parliament delegations for relations with Israel and with the Palestinian Legislative Council Bastiaan Belder (EFD, Netherlands) and Proinsias de Rossa (S&D, Ireland) issued a joint statement on Thursday in which they “strongly condemn the tragic terrorist attack” in the centre of Jerusalem on 23 March.
