22/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - Concentration: AVIC Auto/Pacific Century Motors. On Tuesday 22 March, the European Commission gave clearance for the proposed concentration whereby the undertaking AVIC Automobile Industry Co. Ltd (China), a 100% subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, plans to acquire full control of the undertaking Pacific Century Motors Co. Ltd (China), by way of purchase of shares.
