Brussels, 14/01/2011 (Agence Europe) - The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has just opened a public on-line consultation on assessing the potential risks of nanomaterials and nonotechnology used in food and animal feeds - including additives, enzymes, flavourings, materials which come into contact with the foods, novel foods and pesticides.
