Loan to northern Italy electricity sector

Brussels, 14/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 13 December, the European Investment Bank (EIB) granted a €200 million loan to Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque for co-funding an investment programme for the modernisation and overhaul of existing hydroelectric dams and generating plants and for the construction of new hydroelectric infrastructure, all located in the Valle d'Aosta.
