Brussels, 02/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - “Beginning again with Altiero Spinelli” was the theme of a public debate organised in Rome last week by the Italian Council of the European Movement (CIME) at the European Area of the European Commission's Representation in Italy. The former Belgian prime minister and current president of the ALDE group at the European Parliament, Guy Verhofstadt, took part in the debate.
