European Commission calls on Italy to amend legislation on port dues

Brussels, 01/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 30 September, the European Commission opened a series of infringement procedures in the area of transport, sending reasoned opinions to Italy, Luxembourg and Bulgaria for failure to incorporate current European legislation into national law.
