Spain to take over from France as vice-chair of UfM

Brussels, 01/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - Spain has agreed to take over from France as the vice-chair of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) at the special “summit” convened on 21 November, explained Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos to the Spanish parliament (Congresso) on 30 September.
