MEP fact-finding mission on Iraqi refugees

Brussels, 01/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - A delegation from the European Parliament composed of Juan Fernando López Aguilar (S&D, Spain), Rui Tavares (GUE-NGL, Portuguese) and Georgios Papanikolaou (EPP, Greek), members of the committee on civil liberties, justice and home affairs (LIBE), stayed in Syria from 28-30 March on a fact-finding mission regarding the situation of Iraqi refugees in that country.
