08/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish prime minister, José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, does not view a closer relationship between the EU and Cuba as one of the priorities for the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU. At a press conference in Madrid on Thursday 7 January 2010, he said that the EU's policy towards Cuba was not a priority for the Spanish Presidency.
