New social dialogue committee launched on 14 January in metallurgy, engineering and technology sector

Brussels, 08/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - The new social dialogue committee in the metallurgy, engineering and technology industries is to be launched in Brussels on Thursday 14 January in the presence of the European social partner organisations for the metallurgy sector. CEEMAT (employers) and EMF (trade unions) will thus be able to sign contractual agreements at European level, the European Commission announces, undertaking to fully support the working of the committee.
