08/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - The next European Think-Tank Forum will take place in Barcelona, Spain, in September 2010. The forums are the brainchild of Notre Europe, which works with a range of other organisations. They are held once every 18 months and bring together think-tanks from across Europe to discuss specific issues. The previous European Think-Tank Forum was held in Paris on 19 and 20 September 2008.
