17/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - At the European Parliament headquarters in Brussels on Thursday 23 May (Eastman building) the European Institute for Forward Planning and International Relations (IEPRI) is organising a forum on the European Convention, the European Security and Defence Policy and the international system. Speakers include Belgian deputy prime minister Louis Michel; President of the European Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee Elmar Brok; former European Commission President Jacques Santer and other MEPs.
