29/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Representatives of the Fifteen had not concluded their special meeting devoted to reviewing the European list of terrorist organisations at the time of going to press. The inclusion of the PKK on this black list was to be contemplated, as well as that of Basque groups and other terrorist groups and organisations. The European list of terrorist organisations was adopted on 27 December. Josep Piqué had announced after the last General Affairs Council that this special meeting would be held (EUROPE of 17 April, p.10). The Netherlands has waived its opposition to including PKK on the list, say diplomatic sources.
