ENVIRONMENT: Member States give green light to provisional political agreement on ‘Packaging and Packaging Waste’ Regulation

The Member States’ ambassadors to the EU (‘Coreper’) gave the green light, on Friday 15 March, to the Interinstitutional Agreement reached between the Council of the EU and the European Parliament on 4 March, the ‘Packaging and Packaging Waste’ Regulation (see EUROPE B13364A8).
