United Kingdom taken to European court for incorrect application on ruling on cross-border compensation of losses

Brussels, 09/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 8 October, the European Commission decided to take the United Kingdom to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) with regard to a case involving the cross-border compensation of losses (Marks & Spencer C-446/03).
