09/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - Lech Kaczynski, Polish President, will be signing Poland's ratification of the Lisbon Treaty on 10 October. Signature will be in Warsaw, attended by the presidents of the three major EU institutions: Fredrik Reinfeldt (Council), José Manuel Barroso (Commission), and Jerzy Buzek (EP). (H.B./transl.jl)
