09/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 9 October 2009, the EU Council adopted without discussion a regulation amending Regulation (EC) 2533/98 concerning the collection of statistical information by the European Central Bank (ECB). The text thus re-examines the scope of reporting requirements to allow the ECB to continue to have access to statistical information of the required quality and covering all missions of the European Central Bank System (ESCB).
