EU is ready to support biofuels in civil aviation but only if sustainability criteria are defined

Brussels, 08/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Union is ready to promote and use biofuels in civil aviation but only if such fuels meet criteria of viability while complying to a minimum number of environmental, social and economic standards.
