Brussels, 05/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The union between two people in the Netherlands formalised by a "samenlevingsovereenkomst" (cohabitation agreement) gives the spouses of European civil servants the right to enjoy the Communities' Joint Sickness Insurance Scheme (JSIS).
