Relief after convincing "yes" vote in Ireland - Consultations "at Summit" with Czech Prime Minister

Brussels, 05/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - After the overwhelming vote of the Irish in favour of Lisbon Treaty in the country's second referendum of 2 October (67.13% said "yes", with a turnout rate of 59%, compared to 53% at the first referendum in 2008), all eyes are now on Prague and Warsaw, where the Czech and Polish presidents, Vaclav Klaus and Lech Kaczynski respectively, have yet to sign the ratification bills (already approved by their respective parliaments) to allow the new EU treaty...
