05/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The prestigious French college 'Ecole Nationale d'Administration' (ENA) has put its advanced European studies course for 2010 under the patronage of Felipe Gonzalez of Spain. The course is for high-ranking civil servants and takes 3 to 5 days a month for 9 months. Application forms can be found at www.ena.fr and the application deadline is 9 November 2009. (O.J.)
