EU urges United States to act on funding for pledges to cut poor countries' CO2 emissions

Gothenburg, 02/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - Ahead of the United Nations Copenhagen conference on climate change, EU finance ministers and central banks have raised the issue of global funding for the commitments to be made by developing countries to cut their carbon missions.
