Eurostat Regional Yearbook 2009 is published

Brussels, 02/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - Eurostat, the statistical office of the European communities, published its Regional Yearbook 2009 on Thursday 1 October. The publication gives an overview of the most recent economic, social and demographic changes in the 271 regions of the 27 member states of the EU as well as, when available, in regions of the three candidate countries (Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey), and also four EFTA countries (Iceland,...
