Google could be held responsible for infringements of intellectual property law committed by advertisers

Brussels, 22/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - According to the advocate general, search engine Google is not committing an offence in allowing internet surfers to access sites selling counterfeit versions of well-known makes, such as those selling imitation Louis Vuitton goods.
