03/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has just granted a €100 million loan to the Macedonian Bank for Development Promotion (MBDP) to finance projects in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). The loan will be used to finance projects in the areas of the knowledge economy, energy and environmental protection. A minimum of 70% of the total amount will be allocated to SME projects.
