Brussels, 03/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 3 July 2009, the European Commission revealed that surprise inspections had been carried out at the premises of several specialist glass manufacturers. In a press release, the Commission explained that the companies in question were suspected of anti-trust price-fixing of glass for electronics and optical applications. The raids took place on 4 March 2009.
