Electricity transmission systems operators do not expect supply to be disturbed this summer

Brussels, 29/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - There is no reason to expect disturbances to electricity supply this summer assuming weather conditions remain normal. This is the main conclusion of the Electricity Supply Outlook Report presented today by the newly founded European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E), presented on Monday 29 June to the Electricity Cross-Border Committee of the European Commission.
