29/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a declaration issued on Monday 29 June, Commissioner Olli Rehn notes the preliminary conclusions of the OSCE/ODIHR concerning elections in Albania. Rehn notes that improvements were overshadowed by the politicisation of technical aspects of the election process as well as by violence during the electoral campaign.
