29/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 June 2009, the EU Council of Ministers decided without debate not to oppose the adoption of slight changes to the 2006 decision on the technical interoperability specifications (TIS) of the control-command and signalling system of the conventional trans-European rail system.
