25/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - Belgium, Austria and Portugal have been referred to the European Court of Justice for failure to correctly transpose EU Directive 2006/88/EC on healthcare policy for fish farmed animals and products, setting out illness prevention and eradication measures for animals that live in water.
