25/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 June 2009, the European Commission sent reasoned opinions to the Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal, Finland and the United Kingdom over their failure to notify national implementing measures as required by Directive 2008/109/EC laying down protective measures against the introduction into the EU of organisms harmful to plants or plant products.
